Ingredients
• 1 cup besan (gram flour)
• 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1 small tomato, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• Water as needed
• Bread slices
• Oil or butter for roasting

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, add besan.
2. Add chopped green chilies, onion, and tomato.
3. Mix in salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, chaat masala, amchur, and chilli flakes.
4. Gradually add water and prepare a smooth, medium-thick batter without lumps.
5. Heat a tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
6. Dip each bread slice into the batter, coating both sides evenly.
7. Place it on the hot tawa and cook on medium flame.
8. Drizzle a little oil around the edges.
9. Flip and roast until both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
10. Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
