INGREDIENTS :
Poha 1 cup
Corn kernels ( Boiled ) less than a cup
Boiled potatoes 3 Medium
salt as per taste
red chilli flakes as per taste
cumin seeds 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs 2 to 3 Tbsp
Crushed Ginger
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
chopped green chillies
Oil for shallow frying
Serve with Ketchup or Green Chutney
