RECIPE

🌱 Add soaked chana or black gram along with one dried red chilli to mixer jar and grind it coarsely.

🌱 To a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, along with curry, leaves, and finally chopped garlic and onion, green chilies to hot oil.

🌱 Now add salt and mix everything well. Now in this mixture, throw in the coarsely grinded black gram along with some basic spices like turmeric, red chilli, Dhaniya powder, and give everything a good mix.

🌱 You can also add aamchur powder or dried mango powder if you want and for final touch sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves and it’s ready to enjoy.
