Ingredients
* 2 eggs
* 150 g peanut butter
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 100 g monk fruit sweetener
* 30 g vanilla whey isolate
* 50 g peanut butter powder
* 1 tsp baking powder
* Dash of salt
* 30 g chocolate chips
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, and monk fruit until smooth.
2️⃣ Stir in the whey, peanut butter powder, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips until a dough forms.
3️⃣ Divide into 10 dough balls, flatten into discs, and place on a lined baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
