This High-Protein Chipotle Dip is creamy, smoky, spicy, and perfect for wraps, sandwiches, burgers, salads, pasta, rice bowls, or as a veggie dip.

🥣 Ingredients
● ½ cup Greek yogurt
● 50g low-fat paneer
● 6–7 soaked dried red chillies (or chipotle chillies)
● 6–7 soaked cashews
● 2–3 garlic cloves
● 1 tsp honey or stevia
● Salt
● Juice of ½ lemon
● Fresh coriander
👩‍🍳 Method
1. Soak the chillies and cashews for 15–20 minutes.
2. Blend Greek yogurt, paneer, chillies, cashews, garlic, honey (or stevia), and salt until smooth.
3. Stir in lemon juice and coriander.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
