Cook With Me: A Cozy Romantic Friday Night Diner | One Pot Pasta Recipe| Orange Glazed Roasted Carrots Recipe

Welcome back!
Sharing two beautiful recipes today for a cozy weekend night dine or a quick weekday dinner.
I am sharing my easy one pot pasta recipe. I have used Tagliatelle (Flat Ribbon Pasta), you can use any other pasta like Penne, Spaghetti, Farfalle.
This will be a main course and will be served with a side dish of Orange Glazed Roasted Carrots with sesame seeds.
Serve these with a glass of wine or any drink of your choice and a romantic dinner table is set 🙂
Start with the side dish first so that by the time the carrots are being roasted, you can continue with the glaze and the pasta.
Side dish: Orange Glazed Roasted Carrots with Sesame Seeds
Carrots: 7–8
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp(or less) Olive oil to drizzle.
Roast in 180 deg C, for 40-45 mins or until the carrots are done.
For Glaze:
Orange – 1
Honey or brown sugar – 1/2 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Sesame seeds:1 tbsp
Almond flakes: 1 tbsp
Ginger: 1 inch cut into julliene
Coriander leaves(a handful) to garnish.
Main Course:
Taglietelle Pasta: 6 small rounds
Red Bell pepper: 3/4
Onion: 1
Garlic: 2cloves
Red chilli : 1
Olive Oil: 1tbsp
Tomato Puree: 2 tbsp
Mixed Cheese: 4tbsp
1Cup of 1:1 Milk & Cream
Hot water enough to cover the pasta
Salt to taste
Sugar: 1 tsp
