Massaged Kale Salad:
I used 5 cups of Kale
1 Tb of Olive Oil
Dash of Sea Salt
Put Kale in a large bowl,drizzle olive oil and salt on top. Begin to squeeze and mash up the Kale in your hands to help break it down. Once you have massaged it enough it should be about half the volume as when you started.
Top with your favorite salad toppings or Meats or enjoy as a side dish to any meal! No dressings needed. I love the flavor of the Olive Oil and Salt on its own. You can also squeeze lemon juice on it.
