I’ve been making and sharing this chocolate chip cookie dough with y’all since 2019! I ate so much of it while losing 50 pounds, and I think it may have even been one of my very first YouTube videos. 🤔

I still make it today because it completely satisfies those cookie dough cravings.

One thing that helped me lose weight was not depriving myself of the foods I loved. Instead, I found healthier, more filling ways to enjoy them.

I love eating this with sliced apples or strawberries, and I usually have about 1/4–1/3 of the batch with a big plate of fruit. It’s filling enough that I’ll often enjoy it as a meal instead of a snack because it’s packed with fiber, plant protein, healthy carbs, and nutrients.

Do I eat dessert as a meal every day? Nope! But when those sweet cravings hit and I know I really want something, this has been one of my favorite plant-based weight loss hacks for years.

A couple of easy swaps:
✨ I actually prefer using monk fruit sweetener instead of maple syrup. I love the flavor, and it cuts out the extra calories.
✨ You can absolutely use regular peanut butter instead of PB2 if you’d like, it’ll be richer and creamier, but it will also increase the calories quite a bit.

🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients
• 1 can white beans (chickpeas are my go to) drained & rinsed
• 4 tbsp oat flour
• 1/4 cup PB2 (mixed with water according to package directions)
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp Enjoy Life vegan chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup maple syrup

Blend everything except the chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and enjoy!

Total: ~950 calories for the entire batch.

Per serving:

* ¼ of the batch: ~238 calories
* ⅓ of the batch: ~317 calories
* ⅙ of the batch: ~158 calories
* ⅛ of the batch: ~119 calories
