“I can’t have ranch… I’m on a diet.”

That’s what I used to say… until I started making this low-calorie, high-protein vegan ranch. It’s creamy, packed with flavor, and made with simple ingredients. If you’re trying to lose weight, eat more plant-based meals, or just want a healthy ranch dressing that actually tastes like ranch, save this recipe!

✨ High-Protein Vegan Ranch

Ingredients
• 1 small container (5.3 oz) plain unsweetened vegan Greek-style yogurt
• 1 tsp white miso paste
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp dried dill (or 2 tbsp fresh)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
• ¼ tsp celery seed
• ¼ tsp fine salt (adjust to taste)
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1–2 tbsp unsweetened plant milk, if needed for a thinner consistency

Directions
Whisk everything together until completely smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (1 hour is even better) so the flavors can meld and the ranch develops its classic taste. Taste and adjust with a little more vinegar, dill, or salt if desired.

Makes: About ¾ cup (approximately 12 tablespoons or 6 servings at 2 tablespoons each).

No vegan Greek yogurt?
Blend together:
• 12 oz silken tofu
• 1 tsp white miso paste
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Then add everything else from the recipe above.

The entire batch is only about 150 calories & 15g protein (depending on the yogurt you use or if you use silken tofu).
