INGREDIENTS (makes 2 sandwiches, serves 2):
4 slices high protein bread (108g)
1.5–2 tbsp low fat peri peri cheesy spread (~25g)
60g tomato + 40g onion + 80g cucumber
100g low fat paneer
chilli flakes + oregano.
Served with 180g Thai guava.

HOW TO:
Toast the bread lightly. Spread the peri peri cheesy spread on each slice. Layer paneer, tomato, onion, and cucumber. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Close, press, and slice. Serve with guava on the side.
