Today I serve a delicious Tortellini Salmon Casserole. Tender salmon served on a bed of tortellini coated in grated cheese. The casserole is fast prepared and has to be baked for only 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 bell pepper
4 tomatos
200 g tortellini
150 g salmon
100 g grated cheese
100 g cream
100 g sour cream
black pepper
salt
2 tsp vegetable broth
some water
Bake it for 30 minutes at 200°C in the preheated oven.
