INGREDIENTS:
MUSHROOM-1 packet
Onion-1large
Tomato-1
Green chilly-2(can increase accordingly)
Water-1 n 1/2 cup
Sunflower oil-2tablespoons
Salt-as required
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoons
Coriander powder-3 tablespoons
Pepper powder-1 tablespoon
Kasurimethi-2tablespoons
Cashew-15 cashews soaked and pasted by adding some water.
PREPARATION:
Add oil into a pan and saute the onion,tomato and green chilly,add salt and turmeric powder.Cover it cook until the onion and tomato softens.Then add in the mushrooms,mix it well .Now add coriander powder mix it ,followed by adding required amount water(changes according to the quantity of mushroom and masala(onion,tomato,chilly).Cover it and cook it until the mushroom gets cooked(in medium flame),mushroom is a kind of vegetable which get easily cooked.Add pasted cashew into the gravy ,by adding cashew the gravy becomes thick gradualy.Putting the flame low,add pepper powder and kasurimethi and mix it well.
Our easy and tasty mushroom masala is ready to be served.
