Ingredients: • Poha (washed & soaked)
• Mustard oil
• Mustard seeds
• Green chilli
• Onion
• Curry leaves
• Carrot
• Green peas
• French beans
• Turmeric powder
• Coriander powder
• Salt
• Tomato
• Paneer
• Fresh coriander
• Lemon juice
• Peanuts
• Dry fruits of your choice
Method:
Heat mustard oil and add mustard seeds.
Add green chilli, curry leaves and chopped onion.
Add carrots, peas and beans.
Mix in turmeric, coriander powder and salt.
Sprinkle a little water and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Add chopped tomato and cook for a minute.
Add paneer and mix well.
Add soaked poha and gently combine everything.
Finish with coriander, lemon juice, peanuts and your favourite dry fruits.
