Struggling to hit your protein goal without blowing through your calories?

In this video, I’m showing you how I get over 100g of protein by lunch for under 1,000 calories using simple, realistic grocery-store foods. No complicated meal prep. No boring food. Just an easy plan you can use immediately to make hitting your protein goal much easier.

Here’s what I used:
🥣 BREAKFAST
Premier Protein cereal with Fairlife fat-free milk for an easy high-protein start. Add frozen berries and a little honey for extra flavor and a simple way to handle that sweet tooth.
🥛 MID-MORNING OPTION
A Ratio 25g Protein Yogurt for a fast protein boost that also tastes like a treat.
🥩 LUNCH
Six ounces of flank steak cooked with G Hughes Tex Mex sauce and simmered with Coke Zero. The Coke Zero was a game changer and added incredible flavor without making the meal complicated.
I also added Good Culture cottage cheese to push the protein total even higher.

This is what “stay ready” looks like. When you keep simple protein options available, you don’t have to depend on motivation or figure everything out after you’re already hungry.

Use these meals as ideas and adjust the portions and ingredients to fit your personal calorie, protein, and nutritional needs. Nutrition totals can vary by product, serving size, and preparation method.
