Sprouts Sandwich is a healthy sandwich recipe that you can prepare for your breakfast. This healthy recipe will make your day energetic and will keep you fit. In this recipe we have prepared a stuffing consisting of sprouts and potatoes. We have added some chaat masala to make it tasty. Adding green chutney to this sandwich makes its simply delicious. Recipe:

Ingredients:
Brown Bread
50 Grams Boiled Sprouts
2 Boiled Potatoes
1 Finely Chopped Onion
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
½ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
Green Chutney
Salt
Oil

Procedure:
1. For the stuffing heat some oil and add chopped onion. Stir till it turns transparent.
2. Add turmeric powder, boiled spouts and salt. Mix well and cook it for a while.
3. Let the stuffing cool down.
4. In a mixing bowl, mash boiled potatoes and add sprouts, chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and prepare the stuffing.
5. Take two brown bread slices and apply green chutney to it. Place the stuffing and spread it evenly and prepare a sandwich.
6. Toast the sandwich and our healthy sandwich recipe is ready to eat.
