Puffed rice – 1 cup
poha – 1cup
Nuts -1/2 cup
Jaggery – 3 Tbsp (powdered)
pumpkin seeds – 1/2 cup
Chia seeds (optional) – 2 Tbsp
Flax seeds – 1/3 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1 Tsp (optional)
Raisins – 2Tbsp
Peanuts – 1/2 cup
You can add nuts and seeds as you like (Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, cucumber seeds, chia seeds etc..
