“Reshmi” is an Indian word which means “Silk” & “Makhmali” is another Indian Word Which means “Velvety”. This is an apt description for these silky-textured, velvety chicken Kebabs that belong to Mughlai cuisine and served as an appetizer. They just get melt in the mouth and taste very yummy.

Ingredients –
1. Chicken thighs cut into cubes 500 gms
2. Lemon juice 2 tsp
3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Freshly grounded Cardamom powder ½ tsp
6. Freshly grounded nutmeg pinch
7. Crushed green chillies 2
8. Mint powder or fresh finely chopped mint leaves 3 tsp
9. Pepper powder ½ tsp
10. Garam masala 1 tsp
11. Yoghurt 3 tbsp
12. Grated cheese 2 tbsp
13. Roasted and crushed almonds 3 tbsp
14. Fresh cream 2 tbsp
15. Oil or butter for cooking
