With just 3 ingredients and less than 15 minute cooking time, Orzo Dill Salad will become one of your favorites soon.

As it includes the essentials of Italian cuisine (dill, orzo, olive oil) and its roots belong to the Turkish cuisine (originally known as sehriye salatasi), this recipe is an embodiment of the Mediterranean soul, that can touch our busy daily routine. Ingredients: Orzo, Dill, Lemon, Olive oil, Dried spear mint

1- Pour orzo into boiled water.

2-And while it is boiling, chop dill.

3- Squeeze a lemon.

4- Add olive oil.

5- When orzo is soft enough (after app. 12 minutes), strain orzo

6- Add it to the rest of the ingredients.

7- Add salt and pepper (optional) and mix them well.

8- Ready to serve!
