2 cups water
1/2 cup onion ,chopped
1/4 cup tomato ,chopped
3/4 cup methi leaves ,chopped
1 tspn ginger, grated
1 tspn turmeric
1 tblspn samvedi masala
Salt to taste
1 tspn ghee
1/4 cup moong , soaked
1 cup rawa/sooji or coarse rice flour
2 banana leaves (optional)
