Hey my loves, I decided to show you guys what I have been eating while on this road to thickness. I have been trying to truly eat more healthy and be more cautious of what I am putting into my body. My main goals are to maintain a dairy-free lifestyle and putting on a little more weight to get the true booty gains. I calculated how many calculated how much I am supposed to be eating and it said 2,339 calories a day especially since I work out 4-5 times a week. So here it is, my go-to meals!
