This video is good for beginners or people who want to make a quick easy Tuna sandwich with ingredients they have on hands. You only need a few ingredients to make this tasty sandwich, if you are in a hurry or for those who don’t feel like cooking.
Follow the Recipe below to make this Easy Tuna Healthy Sandwich:
Ingredients:
1 Can of Drained Tuna
2tbs of Diced Onions
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 Diced Tomato
1/4 Lemon or 2tbs of Lemon Juice
1tbs Chopped Coriander
2tbs Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Heat up Olive Oil.
Add Diced Onions and minced Garlic. Sautee for 2 minutes.
Add in drained Tuna, Salt and Pepper. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes mix and cover. Cook for 2 minutes.
Take Lid off squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with Chopped Coriander.
Turn Heat off.
Serve with Toasted Bread.
