In this video I’ve shown an easy and healthy avocado and egg sandwich recipe. This healthy breakfast and lunch idea will help you lose weight fast. This dish is also included in my 900 calorie meal plan video. Check that video out 👆👆

For this healthy and delicious avocado and egg sandwich you will need:
1. Ripe avocados – 2
2. Chopped tomato- 1
3. Chopped onion – 1
4. Hard boiled eggs – 3
5. Chopped cilantro/coriander
6. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
7. Salt, pepper and chili or paprika powder to taste
8. Bread of your choice
