Ingredients :-
For Kanji
Broken Wheat – 1/2 Cup
Water – 2 1/2 Cup (to cook)
Thin Coconut Milk – 1 1/2 Cup
Salt
For Chammanthi
Grated Coconut – 1 Cup
Red Chillies – 3 Nos
Shallots – 3-4 Nos
Tamarind – 2 pinch (or a small pc)
Curry Leaves
