Celery Root Salad
Ingredients
– Celery Root (I used a half of big celery root, use all the ingredients depending on how much celery root you use.)
– 5 tbs plain yogurt
– 2 tbs mayonnaise
– 1 tbs olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup walnuts
