In today’s video I’m going to show you the meal plan I put together to feed my family of seven for a week. Not only did we get five dinner’s from these ingredients, but we also had enough leftovers to feed the family lunch one day, to make rice pudding for the families breakfast, enough leftover beans to make chili, as well as enough leftover stir-fry to freeze for a future lunch for one person.
I pray you and your families are staying safe and healthy during this time and that I was able to give you some ideas and inspiration on feeding your family healthy meals on a budget.
