Don’t throw away those over-ripe bananas as they make a good healthy snack. Just natural recipes that you may want to do at home especially during the MCO.

Banana Cake Loaf 🍌

4 bananas mashed
2.5 cups self raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
20 grams butter (4 tablespoon)

Mix together butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg one at a time.
Add in vanilla and mashed bananas.
Mix all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Put inside a greased baking pan.
Bake 40-45 mins. 180 degrees.

If want it sweeter, add half cup sugar.
Or add cinnamon or nutmeg. Or add nuts.
