Sellou is a unique sweet made from toasted nuts and seeds and browned flour. Packed with calories and nutrients, it is traditionally served during Ramadan and after childbirth, when there’s greater need to restore energy and maintain good health.
Recipes for sellou vary from family to family and by region.
