RECIPIE MEASUREMENTS:
Banana oat pancakes-
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 medium banana (very ripe)
2 large egg whites
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pan oat cereal:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1/4 cup nuts of choice
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons dried fruit of choice
fresh fruit for topping
milk of choice for topping

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon plus more for topping
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour of choice
