To make the Dough:
– 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (1 Cup = 240ml)
– 1 Tsp Sugar
-1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
– 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
– 1/2 Tsp Mixed Itaian herbs
– 2 Tbsp Sour curd
– 1 1/2 Tsp Oil
– 1/4 Cup Milk (at room temperature)
– 2-3 Tsp Water
– Salt to taste

To make garlic butter:
– 3 Tbsp Salted butter (at room temperature)
– 1/2 Mixed Italian herbs
– 1 Tsp Crushed garlic

For topping:
– Some chopped fresh coriander
– 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese or pizza cheese
– Some boiled sweetcorn
– 2-3 Cloves of thinly sliced garlic
– Some chilli flakes
