This is a healthy style breakfast or evening snack very easy but must follow steps one by one per video to get soft and spicy modhak.

This recipe can be made in spice form or sweet based on the taste that individual likes, for spice we can use either chana dal or gram dal, paneer or egg fry stuff, chicken spicy fried stuff etc… for sweet use stuffing of chana dal dough made with mixture of jaggery, or mixture of coconut and jaggery.

The rice flour dough can be made in two ways one shown in this video or other way is just heat little water with ghee and slowly add rice flour this gives more softer dough.
