Pasta Salad – super refreshing and chilled pasta salad always helps to calm down summers a bit.. try out this yummy chilled salad and you will love it!
Pasta Salad (Serves-6)
Ingredients:-
Thick curd (without water) – 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream (Chilled) 1/4th cup
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Parsley – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Boiled Pasta – 2 cups
Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
Paneer Cubes – 1/4th cup
Onion (julienne) – 1/4th cup
Golden corn (boiled) – 1/4th cup
Cabbage (julienne) – 1/4th cup
Capsicum (thin sliced) – 4 tbsp
Tomatoes (thin sliced) – 1/4th cup
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Green chillies – to taste
