The BODY IMAGE Post I made: (please read and share)
Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well! Here is what I got up to yesterday. I had a few meal prep ideas in mind that I wanted to do for Rhys and I so I decided to cook those for us. I also chat about my recent body image post on Instagram and being vulnerable with that.
Also, I’m planning on bringing out a free mini recipe ebook soon so stay tuned for that. It will have healthy snack ideas, healthy meal ideas, healthy dessert ideas and more! Can’t wait to start.
