Hey friends! Here is the pizza recipe video as promised from my last what I eat in a day video! Stay tuned for my week 3 update next week and leave me a comment below letting me know if you make this and if you have any video requests!
IP pizza recipe:
CRUST:
-1 potato purée mix packet (if you are doing alternatives use one serving of plain unflavoured protein powder and season as needed!)
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-seasonings to taste (I use 1/4 tsp salt and garlic powder)
-1/4 cup grated zucchini (optional)
-1 whole egg
-1 tsp olive oil
-add water as needed
Combine all ingredients and transfer to parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread out and flatten as much as possible in the shape you want. Place in oven at 350 for 12 mins.
Take crust out of oven and add sauce/toppings
I used a canned (protocol) tomato sauce as well as green pepper, mushrooms, red onion, turkey pepperoni and ground turkey. I cooked all in a frying pan before hand.
Add all toppings to pizza and place back in oven for 5 mins or on broil if you’d like the crust to crisp up a little!
