Ever wonder what drug-free natural 47-year-old normal dude considers as a healthy dinner? Ask no more. Aside from my backyard workouts (for now) and realistic gym workout videos, I would like to share how easy it is to make a healthy dinner or any other meals. Don’t stress yourselves out eating 5-7 times a day to gain muscle and be healthy. I don’t doubt that works along with drugs but think longevity and happiness instead of BS unrealistic goals!
