1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup oat flour, plus more if necessary
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Oil, for coating
For the egg wash:
1 egg, beaten
For topping:
2 tablespoon old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Optional: extra sesame seeds
Bake at 375 deg F / 190 deg C for 30 to 40 mins.
