lets see what we need for this:
Ingredients:
bread( I have taken here multi-seeds brown bread)
mozzarella cheese(grated) or u can use any cheese u want
half chopped onion,half chopped tomato,half chopped bell pepper , one slice of paneer(cottage cheese ) grated
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Preparation method:
For stuffing: Mix all those onions, tomatoes,bell pepper, grated paneer( cottage cheese).Add 1/2 tbsp salt,1 tbsp black pepper powder and mix it properly.
Take one slice of bread add some tomato ketchup on one side,put that stuffing inside as per required.Add some grated mozzarella cheese then cover it with another slice of bread.
Heat the sandwich maker add one slice of butter on both sides.Place the sandwich into it and close the sandwich maker for 4-5 min.Open it and flip the sandwich to other side and leave it for 4-5 mins to make both the sides crispy n brown.
Take it out from sandwich maker and serve with some tomato ketchup or you can try it with some mayonnaise.
If U don’t have sandwich maker try it with your own tawa or pan..Add some butter place your sandwich press both the sides for 3-4 min with the help of spatula for more crispy.
