I’m back with a new video and its about new recipe. Hot spiced gizzard meat, its a Cameroun dish and i’m happy To share This with you guys.
To make our hot spiced gizzard we need :
– 1kg of gizzard
– 1tbs of black hot peper
– 1 tbs of White pepper
– 1 tbs of red chill pepper
– 1 tbs of red Bell pepper
– 1 tbs of dry african pepper (Cameroun dry pepper )
-2 maggies cubes
-2 tbs of oil
Its a very easy and cheap recipe. Its also a low calories food and healhy food recommanded. Follow all the steps in my video and i wish you ” bon appétit “. Enjoy your meal.
