Ingredients:
– Boneless Chicken, 200 gm
– Broccoli, 150 gm
– Garlic, 4 cloves
– Ginger, 20 gm
– Honey, 1 teaspoon
– Corn starch, 1 tablespoon
– Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon
– Vinegar, 2 tablespoon
– Soy sauce(Dark), 4 tablespoon
– Salt as per taste
– Pepper powder, 2 teaspoon
– Vegetable Oil, 4 tablespoon
– Sesame Seeds
Preparation:
– Slice & finely chop the garlic cloves and ginger piece(s)
– Take a medium size bowl, whisk together garlic, ginger, honey, chilli powder, corn starch, vinegar and soy sauce
Process:
– Add broccoli florets in water and boil on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, drain the excess water, keep boiled broccoli florets aside in a serving bowl…
– Add vegetable oil in kadai / frying pan
– Add the Boneless Chicken pieces
– Add salt and pepper, mix and stir fry on medium heat for 9-10 mins until the chicken pieces turn golden brown and are almost cooked
– Pour the sauce over chicken and simmer for 4-5 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly and chicken is cooked through
– Garnish with sesame seeds
– Serve with steamed broccoli and/or rice
