I’ve been making healthy, tasty, and delicious smoothies every day and I’m pretty confident I’ve finally perfected a few recipes. These are great for breakfast ideas, after school snack/ work snack or even dessert options. They are made with fresh fruit as well as frozen fruit and of course you can take what you see in today’s videos and put your own spin on them! I’m excited for when the gyms open back up so I can drive home and make a nice cold smoothie post gym! XO
RECIPES ? INGREDIENTS
Peach Strawberry:
1.5 banana
A handful of frozen peaches
A handful of frozen strawberries
A dash of cinnamon
A small splash of pure pressed apple juice or apple cider (about 1/4 cup)
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein:
1.5 frozen banana
1 scoop ALLMAX isoflex chocolate protein
1 cup of chocolate almond milk. (If you don’t want all the sugar you can do 1/2 a cup of chocolate and 1/2 regular almond milk)
2 small spoonfuls of peanut butter
Ice to thicken
Pineapple Mango:
1/2 a frozen banana
1/2 a cup of frozen pineapple
Splash of almond milk (about 1/4 of a cup)
total 1 cup water (less if you wish)
1 cup frozen mango
