Perfect day when there is little chill in the air and light soup is so therapeutic. Bok Choy soup has so much flavor and packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, but is very low in calories and carbohydrates and has almost no fat. Yipeee!! I used simple ingredients such as:

Tomato
Cilantro ( Coriander)
Onion
Cumin seeds
Salt ( according to your taste )
Boiled egg
Avocado
Water
