I wanted to make some traditional dish from the Tofu which is usually served in salads or stir fried gas, So made this yummy kheema masala from protein rich veggie meat .
The dish is loaded with all nutritious ingredients with multiple health benefits.
Tofu It’s good source of iron, carbohydrates, calcium and proteins
Some health benefits of tofu, it can help in lowering levels of LDL cholesterol in the body. Phytoestrogens in plant-based foods like tofu have a structure which is similar to female hormone oestrogen. It mimics the action of oestrogen in the body and is also known to reduce risks of breast cancer.
Menopausal women can rely on tofu for production of oestrogen. It also helps bringing down the incidence of hot flashes in women.
Green peas
Rich source of proteins, flavonoid present in green peas is strong antioxidants which prevents the body from several diseases. Good source of Vit C,K,A and B complex.
Spinach

It’s loaded with nutrients with low calorie package.They are important for skin, hair and bones. They provide proteins, iron, Vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
Tofu grated or scrumbled 1 1/2 cup
Onion 1 cup
Tomatoes 1/2cup
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Spinach chopped 1 cup
Coriander chopped 1 cup
Chilli powder 11/2 tsp
Coriander-cumin powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
