Heyya guys! New vlog is up and this time I decided to share with y’all my own Banana Bread Recipe -VEGAN & HEALTHY. FEW INGREDIENTS needed guys and very easy especially for a beginner baker like me.
Below is the recipe and instructions for you guys:
-2 1/2 cups Flour
-1 cup Raisins
-1 1/2 cup coconut sugar
-1 1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp baking soda
-4 very ripe smashed bananas
-1/2 cup coconut cream
-1/2 cup soy milk/non dairy milk
-1 1/2 tsp apple cider vin.
-1 tsp vanilla (optional)
-Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
-Combine all your dry ingredients set aside.Then combine your liquid ingredients except the bananas and chia mixture.
-Bake for 45-50 mins.
For Chia seeds mixture:
3 tbsp of chia and 2 and 1/2 tbsp of water then let it sit for 5 mins til egg–like texture.
