This jam can serve with bread / dosa / idly and also we can eat with the combination of Ice cream….This jam brings a unique flavor to your ice cream…
Ingredients:
Fresh figs-500grms
Water-1/4 th cup
Sugar-1/4 th cup (Can adjust according to your taste )
Cinnamon powder – 1/4 th tsp
Honey – 1/2tsp
Lemon juice – Half piece
