“Health is Wealth” is one of the inspiring quote of all times. I am again back with some healthy and protein rich chaat this time. Mix Pulses Chaat is oil free chaat with a package of rich proteins and totally oil free. Mixed Farsan on top is completely optional. Pulses like lentils (usal), green gram , green peas and chick peas soaked overnight and are boiled then adding some chopped onions, tomatoes and to make it more tasty, adding lemon juice, chaat masala and salt, isn’t it enough to have this delicious and healthy chaat.

Basically, I used to give subtitles only in English, and from this video i have started to give subtitles in both Kannada and Hindi along with English. Hope, you all will like it.
