Here’s the 10 min recipe of Avocado Orange Toast with creamy Omelette . This one is my favourite breakfast combo on my busy days and keeps me full till lunch. Avocados are very popular for their nutritional value and health benefits and orange pulp adds a fresh flavour. The creamy texture of the avocado orange mash goes perfectly well with the crunchy toast! To make this a heavy and complete breakfast, I generally top it with a creamy omelette. This recipe is perfect for your busy and tightly packed mornings as it’s easy and yet loaded with proteins, and healthy fats.
Here’s the list of ingredients: (serves 2):
* 3 small Avocados/ 1 large Avocado
* 3 tbsp Fresh pulp – Orange, Clementine
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 tsp olive oil for Omlette
* 4 slices of whole wheat / multigrain or regular sandwich bread – toast them using a toaster or tawa
* Maggi seasoning/apple cider vinegar/balsamic vinegar for seasoning the mashed avacado-orange
* Freshly crushed pepper
* Salt to taste
