Paniyaram is an Indian dish made by steaming batter using a mould. The dish can also be made sweet or spicy depending on the ingredients jaggery and chillies respectively.
Ingredients:
Rava – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp.
Oil – 1.5 tbsp.
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
Chana dal – 1/2 tsp.
Urad dal – 1/2 tsp.
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1
Beans & carrot – 100 gm.
Coriander & curry leaves – few
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp.
