Garlic sauce/Dip(lahsan ki chatni)
Ingredients
Garlic 2 whole
Cumin seeds 2 tablespoons
Salt as required
Whole red chilles 5
Green chills 4
Water as required
White vinegar 1 tablespoon
Mix all ingredients in grinder and grind it well . Then cook this sauce 10 min.
For gram flour dough ..
2 cups gram flour
1 cup wheat flour
Chopped onion medium size
Coriander leaves 3 tablespoons
Green chilies 4
Cumin seeds 2 tablespoons
Chatt masala 1 teaspoon
Red chili grounded 1 teaspoon
Salt 2 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Water for kneading
