In this video I show you what i bring to work so I am prepared and organized for several days!! I don’t mind leftovers but with a twist! I like to add different protein options, fruits and carbs to shake it up!
Make sure you have a balance of vegetables, proteins, fruits and low carb and sodium meals and snacks. They will keep you fuller and then you are less likely to binge or veer when you get home!!! That’s if you work of course!!
Having healthy snacks are key too!!!
