Healthy evening snacks:
Today’s series we are going to make a healthy evening snacks which is made out of wheat flour powder. This is very simple and also healthy and tastier evening snacks. Let’s look into the ingredients and preparation.
Ingredients :
1. Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
2. Onions -1/2 cup
3. Coriander leaves
4. Green chillies
5. Chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
6. Salt
7. Oil
8. Water
Preparation :
1. Take a mixing bowl and add half cup of wheat flour along with chopped onions, coriander leaves and green chillies.
2. Now add quarter teaspoon of chilli powder and required amount of salt.
3. Gently mix it well by adding little by little and make sure of the consistency.
4. Take a pan and heat the oil and drop the mixture in small quantity. Deep fry it.
5. Now transfer this to a clean plate and serve hot.
