In this video, Zac and Felly satisfy their late night sweet cravings with this delicious, ooey, gooey brownie recipe! These healthy, protein brownies only involve a few simple ingredients and a few simple steps. An easy, fast and versatile recipe to make your own way, any time you are in need of a sweet treat.
Recipe: 1 batch makes approximately 8 brownies.
INGREDIENTS
3 medium, ripe bananas
2 scoops of chocolate whey protein
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
200g of peanut butter
A splash of unsweetened almond milk (if desired, use at own discretion)
A few squares of dark chocolate to shave on top (or any topping of your choosing)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mash up bananas, add peanut butter and mix together.
Add dry ingredients and whisk all together.
Spray parchment paper lining a brownie tin and pour batter into tray.
Shave dark chocolate on top of brownie mix.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until desired consistency.
Remove form oven, let cool and enjoy!
